Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Resource Manager to lead end-to-end resource planning and workforce strategy for global delivery teams. The role partners with Delivery Leadership, PMO, HR, and Business Operations to drive efficiency and clear communications across regions.

You will oversee staffing, utilization, and capability alignment, with an emphasis on data-driven decisions and continuous improvement in resource management practices. Hybrid work model with oficina presence required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, PMO, or Global Operations, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in a global services or consulting organization is highly preferred.
• Expert level position with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Resource Planning & Workforce Forecasting. Develop long- and short-term plans; forecast demand and skills; identify risks and gaps.
• Resource Allocation & Optimization. Balance workloads; govern staffing workflows; ensure capacity planning for onshore/offshore teams.
• Skills, Capability & Talent Development. Maintain skills inventory; align training and hiring with demand.
• Reporting, Analytics & Governance. Lead portfolio reporting; present insights to leadership; ensure data accuracy.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement. Advise senior leaders; foster cross-functional collaboration; mentor team members.
