Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Culture & Team Operations Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution in a hybrid work environment. You will translate strategy into structured plans, establish operating rhythms, and raise the bar on governance, collaboration, and program delivery across the Culture & Engagement COE.

The successful candidate will bring strong program management, stakeholder influence, and communications skills to build executive-ready materials and drive alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources, Program Management, Operations, PMO, Organizational or related functions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with collaboration technologies and PM tools is a plus.
• Experience using AI and digital tools to improve productivity and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of Culture & Engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and execution timelines.
• Drive accountability and progress tracking to ensure commitments are delivered on time.
• Establish and improve project management standards, templates, tools, and governance practices.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and align resources to strategic priorities.
• Design and facilitate leadership meetings, plan sessions, workshops, and working sessions to drive clear decisions.
