Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Delivery Readiness & Enablement Manager to lead complex readiness initiatives for new service offerings and digital capabilities. The role partners with PMO, portfolio teams, and customer success to design strategies, coordinate enablement plans, and deliver high-impact collateral.

The position operates globally and requires strong influence and program coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years' experience in revenue enablement, SaaS adoption, or service readiness.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness strategy and planning for strategic initiatives and service launches.
• Design and manage enablement programs for service launches and digital experience changes.
• Act as primary enablement partner for PMOs, service owners, product managers, and customer success orgs.
• Coordinate content creation: delivery playbooks, onboarding artifacts, service launch kits, readiness guides.
• Measure adoption, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
