IFF seeks a Customer Service/Order Management professional based in Polanco, Mexico City, for a hybrid role. You will process orders, serve as the main contact for inquiries, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations and Sales to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in customer service or order management, plus strong English and customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in Customer Service or Order Management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and timely.
• Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations and Sales for order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer data in company systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
