IDC is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Mexico City to own end-to-end order processing, ensure accuracy, and support customers with timely documentation and issue resolution. You will coordinate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and ERP systems to enter orders, audit data, and optimize flow, while maintaining clear communication and meeting deadlines in a hybrid work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in order management, sales administration, or sales operations.
• Familiarity with order management software, CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and D365 a plus).
• Advanced English level.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
• Hybrid work model.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of orders through the order lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing at every stage.
• Carefully review all submitted orders to confirm they include all necessary documentation and comply with all company policies.
• Conduct thorough audits of orders, comparing paperwork against system entries to identify discrepancies and follow up on incomplete or inaccurate orders.
• Accurately input verified orders into the ERP system, ensuring products, quantities, pricing and customer information are correct.
• Serve as a key point of contact for order-related issues, collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing timely updates on issue resolution.
• Regularly monitor order queues, identify pending or delayed orders, and prioritize by urgency, value, or deadlines.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales during month-end/quarter-end to expedite processing and close orders before cutoff.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to speed up order processing.
