IFF in Mexico City (Polanco) seeks a Customer Service Analyst to drive accurate order processing in a hybrid role. You will be the main contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and seamless fulfillment.

Across Supply Chain, Operations and Sales, you will maintain data integrity, communicate status updates, and apply analytical thinking to improve service levels. This role requires a degree and 2+ years of experience with strong English and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a business or related field and 2+ years in customer service or order management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries and order-related questions.
• Support resolution of complaints by partnering with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain customer data and coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations and Sales.
• Communicate order status and delivery updates proactively.
• Identify customer needs and assist with process improvements.
