IFF in Mexico City is seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to lead and supervise our HRSS team in a hybrid role based in Polanco. You will align service delivery with global HR strategies, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement across regions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR shared services, strong leadership, English proficiency, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4+ years in HR shared services or HR operations, preferably in a service center environment.
• Proven experience delivering HR services to multiple countries across the region.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with collaboration and engagement focus.
• Advanced verbal and written communications in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as ServiceNow, SAP and Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the HR Shared Services team with a focus on high-quality service delivery.
• Regularly meet with team members to review projects and performance against metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery aligned with global HR strategies and SLAs.
• Address and resolve complex HR inquiries and escalations per policies and regulations.
• Oversee HR projects including planning, execution, and change management.
