Capgemini is seeking an Order Management Analyst (Bilingual) to join our global supply chain team in Mexico. You will support the end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Production, and Finance.

You will manage orders in SAP, monitor statuses through delivery, and provide timely customer support on inquiries, changes, and invoicing.

Formación

2-3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience working with SAP.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1).
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

Process, validate, and manage customer purchase orders in SAP.
Monitor order status from receipt through successful delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and on‑time fulfillment.
Support customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
Manage order changes, cancellations, and updates.
Maintain accurate order and customer information within SAP and other internal systems.
Track service performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
Identify potential delivery risks and proactively escalation issues when needed.
Ensure compliance with established service levels and operational KPIs.
