IFF in Mexico City (Azcapotzalco/Polanco) is seeking an HR Operations specialist to deliver Tier 1 HR support, manage day-to-day data entry across HCM systems, and ensure compliance with internal policies and privacy standards in a hybrid work environment.

You will generate regular HR reports, handle employee inquiries, and support system enhancements and deployment of new HR modules, requiring a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2–4 years of experience, with advanced English and

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems administration, or HR analytics.
• Advanced English proficiency for professional communication.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SAP.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries with Tier 1 support.
• Manage day-to-day HR data entry across HCM systems ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure compliance of employee data with policies, labor regulations, and privacy standards.
• Support system enhancements, testing cycles, and new HR modules.
• Handle employee queries within defined KPIs and escalate as needed.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports to support leadership decisions.
• Manage the People Operations inbox and issue employment documentation.
