Job summary

Johnson Controls in San Pedro Garza Garcia, MX is seeking an HR Technology Analyst II to support Workday configuration requests and drive recruiting workflow improvements. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition CoE and manage day-to-day operations with Paradox and HiredScore to ensure efficient recruiter processes.

The role emphasizes Workday Recruit configuration, testing upgrades, and delivering reliable HR technology solutions that enhance candidate experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or MIS, HR, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with case management, specifically ServiceNow.
• Experience with Human Capital Management systems, ideally Workday.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize and solve problems.
• Self-motivated, organized working style with the ability to work on diverse project teams.
• Customer service focus and flexibility in supporting business unit needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent Johnson Controls.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration requests and participate in projects, acting as a strategic business partner.
• Demonstrate Workday expertise, focus on Workday Recruit and TA processes.
• Test new functionality and manage security roles and end-to-end Workday upgrades.
• Configure changes in Workday based on business requirements.
• Lead testing efforts for changes within Workday and related integrations.
• Oversee Paradox and HiredScore operations to optimize recruiter workflows.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition CoE to improve the candidate journey and supporting technologies.
