Job summary

HP is seeking an HR Systems Workday Analyst to support our Core HCM. Based in Guadalajara, you will configure Workday Core HCM, analyze business needs, and translate requirements into reliable HR system solutions.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes and data integrity. The ideal candidate has Workday configuration experience, strong analytics, and outstanding communication skills to present complex topics to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Workday Core HCM configuration and HR functional areas.
• Detail oriented with superior analytical, problem solving, pragmatism and organization skills.
• Strong personal networking skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven experience working in project oriented high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex topics.
• Independent worker and self-starter.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
• Minimum 2-6 years’ experience in HR or technical related area.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday and other HR systems configuration.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with business users to define problems and align technical solutions.
• Solicit, develop, document, test and manage requirements and create detailed designs.
• Basic knowledge of system architectures and software development methodologies.
• Understand dependencies of all HR data relevant systems.
• Create implementation plans and update project plans with others.
• Support system issues and coordinate with IT to resolve problems.
• Assist with and/or manage documentation, including user guides and release notes.
