Job summary

Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking an HR partner to manage onboarding, benefits coordination, HR administration, and reporting. You will ensure timely, compliant HR support for employees and managers across functions.

You will handle data integrity in Workday, support staffing and talent processes, and collaborate with HR teams on investigations and process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and standard processes.
• Serve as initial HR contact and coordinate follow-up with HR teams.
• Support onboarding, including paperwork and schedules.
• Handle HR administration tasks and maintain employee files.
• Keep Workday data accurate and perform routine data audits.
• Coordinate benefits administration and open enrollment activities.
• Support Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services activities.
• Assist with internal movement and lifecycle changes.
• Partner with HRBP on talent management and headcount reporting.
• Support staffing planning with leaders and hiring managers.
• Assist with investigations, disciplinary actions, and ER matters.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
