Danfoss GmbH in Apodaca, Mexico, is seeking a Project Manager: HRIS & Shared Services to shape HR technology across the Americas. You will lead HRIS implementations, align global solutions with regional needs, and drive a simpler employee experience.

You will partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver user-focused, practical systems, manage change, and ensure projects meet milestones while improving efficiency across North and Latin America.

Formación

• Experience managing HRIS or digital HR implementation projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HR processes such as data management and payroll.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR technology implementation projects across the Americas.
• Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to configure and deploy systems.
• Map and improve HR processes to ensure intuitive, integrated tools.
• Drive change management and adoption activities for new technologies.
• Manage project plans, risks, progress, and stakeholder communications.
