Danfoss GmbH in Apodaca, Mexico, is seeking a Project Manager: HRIS & Shared Services to shape HR technology across the Americas. You will lead HRIS implementations, align global solutions with regional needs, and drive a simpler employee experience.

You will partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver user-focused, practical systems, manage change, and ensure projects meet milestones while improving efficiency across North and Latin America.

The Impact You’ll Make

As aProject Manager, HRIS & Shared Services, you will shape how thousands of employees across the Americas experience HR systems and digital services. You will connect global HR technology solutions with regional needs, helping create a simpler and more effective employee experience.

You will lead projects that improve how HR services are delivered across North and Latin America. Working closely with HR, IT, and external vendors, you will ensure technology solutions are practical, user-focused, and aligned with business priorities.

Your work will drive digital transformation, strengthen operational efficiency, and help teams adopt new tools and ways of working with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead HR technology implementation projectsacross the Americas to deliver high-quality solutions on time and in line with employee and business needs.
• Partner with HR, IT, and external vendorsto translate requirements into effective system configurations and successful deployments.
• Map and improve HR processesto ensure digital tools are intuitive, integrated, and support efficient ways of working.
• Drive change management and adoption activitiesto help employees and stakeholders use new technologies with confidence.
