SiteMinder invites applications for an HR Director, AMERs, based in Mexico City. The role partners with regional and global leadership to build an inclusive culture, ensure excellent people operations, and run day-to-day office operations that enable teams to thrive.

You will lead regional HR strategy, partner with leaders on performance, engagement, and change, and manage regional office operations with a focus on compliance and scalability.

Formación

• Significant HR leadership experience in a fast-paced scaling environment.
• Senior HRBP or HR Director across the Americas.
• Strong understanding of Mexican and US employment practices.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
• Experience with employee relations, organisational change.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global people strategy into a regional AMERs plan.
• Act as a senior HRBP coaching leaders on performance and engagement.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations for AMERs including onboarding and data integrity.
• Lead culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives.
• Oversee regional office operations and manage local vendors.
