Danfoss is seeking a Project Manager, HRIS & Shared Services in Reynosa to shape how HR systems are delivered across the Americas. You will lead regional projects that align with global HR technology, delivering practical, user-focused solutions.

The role requires coordinating with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure on-time deployments while driving change management and adoption among diverse teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with opportunities for growth and learning.

Formación

• Experience managing HR technology, HRIS, or digital HR projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HR processes such as data management, payroll, talent, or workforce administration.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR technology implementation projects across the Americas to deliver high-quality solutions on time and in line with employee and business needs.
• Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to translate requirements into effective system configurations and successful deployments.
• Map and improve HR processes to ensure digital tools are intuitive, integrated, and support efficient ways of working.
• Drive change management and adoption activities to help employees and stakeholders use new technologies with confidence.
• Manage project plans, risks, progress, and stakeholder communication to maintain alignment and achieve measurable outcomes.
