Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Or high school diploma with equivalent.
• 0–1 year of HR Specialist or similar role.
• Fundamental HR practices across the Americas (US and Mexico).
• Excellent customer service and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HR inquiries via phone, email, or portal with professionalism.
• Handle issues on time accruals, hours worked, benefits, LOA, and more.
• Input accurate transactions in Workday, ADP, Kronos, and related systems.
• Maintain confidential employee records and coordinate with HR teams.
• Support HR program projects and provide timely responses to customers.
