Jabil Mexico is seeking an HR Generalist to independently support recruitment, payroll, records, employee relations, job evaluation, wage and salary administration, benefits, organizational development, training, AA/EEO, and special projects. Prepare reports in compliance with laws and organizational needs.

You will coach managers, coordinate benefits, and ensure HR policy dissemination through handbooks and meetings.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with various HR processes and standards.
• Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching managers and employees.
• Experience with wage and salary administration and benefits coordination.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR support in recruitment, employee records, and labor relations.
• Coach and consult with managers on performance, terminations, harassment, and discrimination issues.
• Coordinate employee activities and programs; ensure legal compliance.
• Monitor and approve salary increases within guidelines.
• Prepare job analyses and create job descriptions for non-benchmark roles.
• Communicate benefit changes and policies; coordinate open enrollment.
• Produce HR reports and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
• Participate in projects addressing strategic HR initiatives.
• Adhere to safety, health, and security policies.
