Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing solutions leader, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to configure and support Workday Benefits and related HCM functionality. You will partner with HR Operations, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.

Responsibilities include benefits configuration, testing, reporting, governance, data integrity, and audit-ready documentation, while supporting Workday releases and regulatory updates

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Benefits configuration.
• Experience analyzing data, troubleshooting system or process issues, performing testing, and documenting results.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• College or university degree typically required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Benefits plans, eligibility rules, rates, and events.
• Provide cross-functional Workday HCM configuration, testing, and support.
• Analyze requirements and implement configuration changes with payroll, integrations, security, and reporting impacts.
• Develop and execute testing for releases and enhancements; support issue resolution and process improvements.
• Maintain configuration documentation and audit-ready records per governance and security standards.
• Coordinate with Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, IT on issue resolution and solution delivery.
• Support Workday releases, regulatory updates, system enhancements, and HRIS initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the responsibilities and level of the role.
