Job summary

Jabil is seeking an HR Generalist to help implement policies and programs across recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and personnel administration in Mexico. You will partner with managers to interpret and apply HR policies and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing candidates, processing salary changes, administering benefits, supporting HRIS reporting, and coordinating safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret HR policies, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to apply concepts such as salary adjustments and benefits administration to practical situations.
• Strong communication skills to present information to managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret state and federal laws related to employment and benefits.
• Proficient in using common HRIS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Interview and screen candidates for open positions.
• Monitor and approve salary increases within guidelines.
• Educate associates about benefits and coordinates open enrollment periods.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Assist with HRIS reporting and data accuracy across the department.
• Support project initiatives led by the HR Manager.
• Adhere to safety, health, and security policies.
