• 3–5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Benefits configuration and support.
• Experience analyzing data, troubleshooting system or process issues, performing testing, and documenting results.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Benefits, including plans, eligibility rules, rates, and events.
• Provide cross-functional Workday HCM configuration and support; assess impacts on payroll, integrations, and reporting.
• Develop and execute testing for releases and changes; maintain documentation and audit-ready records.
