Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking an HR Shared Services Senior Coordinator in Monterrey, Mexico to deliver standardized HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will support onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, and governance while partnering with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any field.
• 1 year HR/Shared Services/Operations experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivots and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lifecycle activities like onboarding and offboarding using standardized procedures.
• Manage employee data updates and inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity with controls and policies.
• Evaluate workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
• Use HR systems and Excel to analyze trends and support improvements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits and stakeholders.
• Maintain SOPs reflecting policy changes and best practices.
• Prepare leadership analyses and monitor KPIs for Shared Services.
• Monitor HR systems and escalate risks or opportunities.
