Corning Inc. in Monterrey is seeking an HR Shared Services Senior Coordinator to deliver standardized, compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, data integrity, and governance.

You will support processes and drive continuous improvement using HR systems and advanced Excel. The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and English proficiency, with collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders to

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in HR, Shared Services, HR Operations, or related functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, through standardized procedures.
• Manage employee data updates, case management, and inquiries from employees and managers with high service levels.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity by following process controls and policies.
• Evaluate workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficiency solutions.
• Apply HR systems expertise and Excel to resolve operational issues and spot trends.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain and update SOPs reflecting policy changes and best practices.
• Prepare analyses for leadership reporting and monitor KPIs of shared services operations.
• Monitor HR systems and tools to identify trends or issues and elevate improvement opportunities.
