Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of payroll experience, including 2+ years leading or supervising teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, payroll operations, compliance requirements, and timekeeping practices.
• Experience with payroll, HRIS, and time management systems, with ability to analyze data, identify risks, and resolve complex issues.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
