Ikano-Retail is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and hire top talent across departments, supporting Acapulco and beyond. You will own full-cycle recruitment, build strong pipelines, and deliver a superb candidate experience from home.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in talent acquisition, proven sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards), excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while aligning with employment

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience using sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
