Empresa Confidencial is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager in Mexico City to lead the local HR function and collaborate with senior leadership across the full employee lifecycle.

The role focuses on recruitment, payroll pre-process, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws. You will partner with global teams and support expatriates, driving organizational change in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles including recruitment, labor relations and administration.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and senior leadership.
• Manage employee administration including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and personnel documentation.
• Process and validate pre-payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Mexican labor law.
• Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations and HR issues.
• Partner with central Talent Acquisition on recruitment for key positions.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor legislation and internal HR policies.
• Support expatriate employees with immigration processes and integration.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Support organizational change initiatives and leadership during growth and transformation.

We are looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to join an international organization based in the poniente area of Mexico City, acting as the main HR point of contact for the local operation and partnering closely with senior leadership across the full employee lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and senior leadership.
• Manage employee administration, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and personnel documentation.
• Process and validate pre-payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Mexican labor legislation.
• Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations and other HR matters.
• Partner with the central Talent Acquisition team on recruitment and selection processes for key positions.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor legislation and internal HR policies.
• Support expatriate employees with immigration processes and their integration into the Mexican work environment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Contribute to organizational and cultural change initiatives, supporting leadership through periods of growth and transformation.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, with hands-on expertise across recruitment, labor relations, personnel administration, organizational development, compensation and pre-payroll.
• Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish and experience working in bilingual and multicultural environments.
• Experience working in fast-growing organizations or companies undergoing acquisitions, integrations or corporate transitions.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation.
• Experience supporting expatriate employees and immigration processes is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the local HR function while collaborating with regional and international teams.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, including experience partnering with senior leadership.
• Highly organized, proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate change effectively.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in the poniente area of Mexico City.
