Kerry Group is seeking an organized, customer-focused Employee Manager Support Associate to join our E&MS team. You will provide operational HR support across onboarding and lifecycle processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders while maintaining service excellence.

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Shared Services, HR Operations, or Service Center environments.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work effectively within established corporate policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service orientation and stakeholder focus.

Responsabilités

• Create and track offer letters.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks.
• Maintain employee information in internal HR systems (e.g., MySuccess).
• Manage and follow up on HR cases and requests through ServiceNow/Employee Center.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and others to ensure timely HR processes.
• Support onboarding sessions by coordinating invitations, attendance tracking, and follow-up.
• Maintain operational trackers, databases, and employee records accurately.
• Assist with administration and management of digital employee files.
• Provide support across lifecycle activities, including promotions, contract renewals, and data changes.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain high-quality case management.
