Job summary

Kerry is seeking an Employee & Manager Support Associate to support daytime HR operations and deliver a seamless employee experience. The role executes routine HR activities, resolves inquiries, and ensures data accuracy across HR systems.

In a shared services environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders, follow standard procedures, and build foundational skills in operational excellence and digital tools, including AI-enabled ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operational, administrative, shared services, or customer support roles.
• Strong English communication skills; French proficiency is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital workplace tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine HR and operational activities in accordance with policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support employees and managers by responding to inquiries and escalating complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data quality across HR systems and processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily operational deliverables.
• Support reporting, tracking, and administrative activities related to the assigned workstream.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, project activities, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Identify operational issues and support troubleshooting activities under guidance from senior team members.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience through clear communication, quality execution, and effective teamwork.
