Systlabs is seeking a highly motivated HR Administrator to support core HR processes in a fast-paced environment. You will handle employee documentation, onboarding, contracts, and personnel files, while coordinating registrations, benefits administration, and personal file updates.

You will also assist with payroll support, leave requests, and policy compliance, and serve as a liaison between employees and the HR team.

Responsabilidades

• Handle employee documentation, including onboarding paperwork, contracts, and personnel files.
• Manage the process of employee registrations, benefits administration, and personal file updates.
• Track and support employee well-being initiatives, ensuring a high standard of workplace quality and benefits management.
• Assist in coordinating HR-related administrative processes, such as payroll support, leave requests, and compliance with company policies.
• Serve as a liaison between employees and the HR team, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
• Report directly to the Executive Corporate team, supporting corporate HR initiatives.
