Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR operations or generalist roles in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies and standard processes to employees and management.
• Act as initial HR contact and coordinate follow-up with HR teams.
• Support onboarding: paperwork, scheduling, and new-hire transitions.
• Manage HR administration tasks: salary certificates, service letters, CSO reporting, and file maintenance.
• Maintain Workday data accuracy and run routine audits.
• Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment, changes, and questions.
• Support Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services tasks, including recruitment support.
