Job summary

Avantor is seeking an organized Talent Acquisition support specialist to assist the recruitment team in posting roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. You will manage onboarding tasks in Workday and ensure timely communication with applicants across the Western Hemisphere, based in Mexico City.

The role emphasizes handling sensitive information, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining compliance with hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR-related field.
• 2+ years admin or customer-facing experience; internship considered.
• Minimum 1 year in HR coordination or related role.
• 2+ years onboarding and background screening experience.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency; Workday knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post open positions on intranet and external sites.
• Identify and engage candidates for current openings and future pipelines.
• Conduct initial phone screenings; schedule calls and interviews.
• Assist candidates onsite for interviews; communicate promptly.
• Monitor candidates after offer stage and coordinate pre-employment screening.
