Job summary

Avantor in Mexico City is seeking a Talent Acquisition support professional. You will post openings, identify candidates, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews, ensuring prompt communication with applicants.

The role involves onboarding coordination and processing new hires in Workday, while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of accuracy. You will report to the Supervisor, Shared Services, supporting Talent Acquisition teams across the Western Hemisphere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years experience with administrative tasks
• Minimum 1 year experience in a human resources coordination role
• 2+ years' experience in candidate/employee onboarding and background screening processes preferred
• Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency; Workday knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Post open positions on internal intranet and external sites
• Identify and engage potential candidates for current openings or future pipelines
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule calls/interviews
• Assist candidates onsite for interviews and communicate promptly
• Monitor candidates post-offer; administer pre-employment screenings
• Process new hires in Workday and update hiring managers
• Support Shared Services Talent Acquisition initiatives across the Western Hemisphere
