Avantor in Mexico City is seeking an HR coordination professional to support Talent Acquisition. You will post openings, engage candidates, perform initial phone screenings, and schedule calls and interviews.

You will assist with pre-employment screenings, onboarding in Workday, and maintain updates for hiring managers and candidates. Onsite role based in MX, with 8:00am-5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years admin experience and customer-facing roles.
• At least 1 year HR coordination; 2+ years onboarding/background checks preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Workday knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Post openings on intranet and external sites.
• Identify and engage candidates for current and future roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.
• Assist with new hires in Workday and onboarding processes.
• Support recruitment programs across Western Hemisphere.
