Job summary

Taylor Guitars seeks an HR Manager for its Tecate manufacturing facility to lead all HR functions including employee relations, labor law compliance, recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and training and development.

Partner with plant leadership to foster a positive work environment, ensure policy compliance, and manage payroll, ESOP administration, and HR data reporting in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or psychology.
• Minimum of ten years of Human Resources experience, including at least five years in a managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor law.
• Extensive knowledge of REVOLUTION payroll software.
• Advanced level of fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure payroll compliance with Mexican institutions (INFONAVIT, IMSS, etc.).
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding to meet staffing needs.
• Develop and implement performance management programs.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs and ESOP.
• Design and communicate HR policies; provide supervisor coaching.
• Maintain HR data, reporting, and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Ensure legal compliance and representation before authorities when needed.
