Job summary

CFMOTO is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead local HR operations in Mexico. You will own recruitment, compensation, payroll, labor relations, and compliance, collaborating with headquarters in China.

The role requires hands-on HR experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of Mexican regulations, and the ability to work independently while aligning with global HR strategies and local teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or Organizational Psychology.
• 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, automotive, or plant environments.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, contracts, and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations.
• Advanced Excel and HR systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local HR operations and ensure compliance with Mexican laws.
• Lead recruitment and selection for white‑collar and blue‑collar roles.
• Design and optimize local compensation and benefits; supervise payroll.
• Manage employee relations, labor compliance, and inspections support.
• Drive localization of culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop onboarding, training, and talent development plans.
• Supervise HR team and prepare workforce data reports.
