Pentair is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our Monterrey, Mexico facility. You will oversee all HR activities, build strong employee and labor relations, and partner with site leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on strategic partnership, leadership development, talent acquisition, and labor relations, ensuring compliance with Mexican and US practices while promoting a high-performance culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of cultural and business practices in the United States and Mexico.
• Extensive experience in employee relations, labor relations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision-making and establish effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects, drive change initiatives, and deliver measurable business results.
• Experience managing and analyzing HR KPIs and workforce metrics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience working in a matrixed organizational environment.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and organizational development.

Responsabilidades
