Tyco Electronics Tecnologías, S.de R.L. de C.V. in Tijuana, MX is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with manufacturing operations. You will partner with site leadership, lead talent management and workforce planning initiatives, and navigate labor relations in a unionized environment.

Fluency in English and strong business acumen are essential to drive credible recommendations and visible results.

Formación

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR leadership role.
• Strong manufacturing industry experience supporting medium to large-scale operations.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
• Background in talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor relations within Mexico.
• Experience working in unionized environments is highly desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and relationship-building capabilities.
