seeks a proactive Bilingual Senior Human Resources Generalist to partner with leaders and employees in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will guide employee relations, talent management, and performance management while ensuring labor compliance and adherence to HR policies. The role requires 5+ years in generalist HR, knowledge of Mexican labor law, and advanced English.

Formación

• 5+ years of generalist HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with objectivity, empathy, and confidentiality.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with Workday and TRESS systems.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in manufacturing (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485).
• Travel up to 25% to the U.S.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Bilingual Senior Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of Human Resources functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, performance management, labor compliance, organizational development, and HR policies. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to driving a positive employee experience while supporting business objectives.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist Human Resources functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with objectivity, empathy, and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with TRESS and Workday systems.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485).
• Effective time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Valid U.S. Tourist Visa.
• Travel availability of 25% of the time to U.S.
