Qualifications

• Experience with Workday and TRESS systems.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in manufacturing (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485).
• Travel up to 25% to the U.S.

This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, performance management, labor compliance, organizational development, and HR policies. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to driving a positive employee experience while supporting business objectives.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist Human Resources functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with objectivity, empathy, and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with TRESS and Workday systems.

• Valid U.S. Tourist Visa.
