Oferta confidencial is seeking an HR Business Partner to guide strategic workforce planning for a large-scale manufacturing site in Baja California. You will partner with site leadership and HR teams to shape people strategies, workforce plans, and organizational development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven HR leadership experience in manufacturing, strong executive presence, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in manufacturing.
• Proven talent management and workforce planning track record.
• Fluent English; strong communication with senior leaders in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR leadership role.
• Strong manufacturing industry experience supporting medium to large-scale operations.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
• Background in talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor relations within Mexico.
• Experience working in unionized environments is highly desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and relationship-building capabilities.
