Job summary

Flex is seeking an HR Generalist in Guadalajara, North Site, to support a growing product and operations team. You will collaborate with HR partners to implement programs, advise management on talent matters, and help drive engagement, workforce planning, and policies across the site.

Responsibilities include onboarding, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, benefits administration, and collaboration on diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Human Resources or a related function.
• Knowledge of Labor Law (LFT), Payroll, and IMSS processes.
• Compensation and Benefits administration.
• Organizational Development and Employee Relations expertise.

Responsibilities

• Contributes with managers on HR strategies and actions such as identify current and future talent needs and talent development.
• Advise site management regarding talent matters to drive outcomes like employee engagement and workforce planning.
• Assess management capabilities and business development opportunities.
• Provide feedback and mentor managers and leaders.
• Guide Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion activities at the site level.
• Participate on site and corporate projects, teams, and process improvement as an agile member.
• Support FlexCulture and Ways of Working and Business Expertise.
• Offer change-management guidance to managers on culture initiatives.
• Counsel management on HR policies, legal awareness, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage employee life cycle activities with managers and employees (onboarding, orientation, merit, exits).
• Develop local recruitment programs and budgets and coordinate job fairs and school outreach.
• Prepare records required by law and liaise with government bodies.
