Job summary

SHA Wellness Clinic in Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Director of Sales to own the property's commercial performance, driving revenue and occupancy across Leisure & Trade, Ambassadors, Partnerships, and Direct channels. This hands-on leader will run a high-performing on-site sales team while building demand from both trade and direct clients.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in luxury hospitality across the Americas, strong leadership, and disciplined reporting.

Qualifications

Proven track record in senior sales leadership within luxury hospitality or resorts across the Americas.
Experience leading on-site sales teams with a player-coach approach.
Strong forecasting, pipeline management and reporting discipline.
Experience managing luxury travel consortia relationships and group retreats.
Fluent in English and Spanish; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Own revenue and occupancy targets with forecasting and reporting.
Build and execute the property's sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Identify, pursue and close new business direct and via trade channels.
Lead on-site sales team as player-coach and foster high-performance culture.
Manage relationships with luxury travel consortia and networks.
Coordinate with Operations and Marketing to align commercial activities.
Represent SHA at industry events and host FAM trips.
