Viceroy Los Cabos seeks a Sales Manager to solicit and manage accounts, close deals, and drive hotel revenue in Mexico. The role requires being based in Mexico City and requires deep knowledge of hotel sales operations, policies, and budgeting.

You will lead a team to exceed targets and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include active lead management, site inspections, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be skilled in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and guests.
• Must multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance per hotel standards and scheduling.

Aufgaben

• Attend daily HHBR meeting.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations (F&B, Guest Services, Reservations).
• Know company sales policies and SOPs and ensure adherence by the sales team.
• Meet or exceed set sales goals.
• Operate the Sales Department within the budget.
• Initiate and follow up on leads.
• Maintain an active sales solicitation program.
• Monitor top accounts and trends in the market.
• Contact existing accounts regularly per Coverage Program.
• Invite clients for site inspections and entertainments.
