Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Director of Revenue Management or a strong Assistant Director track record.
• Experience with luxury hotels or international luxury brands.
• Proven experience communicating with hotel owners.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and commercial decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of hotel revenue management systems and distribution platforms.
• Familiarity with Marriott RM tools (OYE, GPO, GPA, MiNT, MARSHA) is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property's revenue management strategy to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Develop and implement pricing, forecasting, inventory and distribution strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitive positioning and business performance.
• Analyze demand patterns and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align commercial strategies.
• Prepare and present revenue forecasts, performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Work directly with property ownership and senior leadership on revenue performance and business objectives.
• Optimize group pricing, segmentation and total revenue opportunities.
