Paradero Hotels seeks a Leisure Sales Associate to drive proactive leisure sales for Mexico and the U.S. markets. You will cultivate luxury travel partners, manage consortia relationships, and represent the brand at trade shows and events.

You will develop tailored strategies to grow market share, report performance to the Director of Sales & Marketing, and travel nationally and internationally as needed to grow partnerships and revenue for a leading eco-conscious luxury hospitality group.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hotel sales or luxury leisure travel experience.
• Experience managing consortia, leisure accounts, and participation in international trade shows.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively solicit new leisure business from national and U.S. markets.
• Manage relationships with consortia (Virtuoso, LHW, Signature, etc.) and high-end leisure partners.
• Represent Paradero Hotels at industry trade shows, workshops, and events.
• Develop tailored sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Provide timely reporting on sales activities and ROI to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
