Fairmont Mayakoba, a luxury resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico, seeks a Director of Sales Leisure to lead leisure sales across Playa del Carmen properties. You will drive revenue growth, build a high-performing team, and craft strategies aligning with company goals while maintaining exceptional guest service.

You will oversee pricing, campaigns, and partnerships, report to senior management, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure flawless execution of initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the leisure, hospitality, or tourism industry.
• Experience leading sales teams across multiple properties or locations.
• Strong expertise in sales strategy development and market analysis.
• Demonstrated proficiency in P&L management and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Spanish and English bilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals across leisure properties and offerings.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team while maintaining a culture of excellence.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and positioning.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance metrics with data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and customized packages to optimize revenue.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service to execute sales initiatives.
• Represent the organization at industry events to generate leads.
