Park Hyatt Los Cabos Hotel & Residences in Cabo San Lucas seeks a Director of Sales, Marketing & Events to lead Sales, Marketing, PR, Communications, Catering, Events and Convention Services. Develop strategies to drive revenue from group, leisure, and events while strengthening the resort’s presence in luxury hospitality.

The role requires Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees and 3+ years in luxury hotel sales/marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in luxury hotel sales/marketing/events.
• Proven ability to develop revenue strategies and meet targets.
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel, resort sales, and destination marketing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, PR, Communications, Catering, Events and Convention Services.
• Develop and execute annual revenue plans for group, leisure, and events.
• Maintain relationships with luxury travel advisors, meeting planners, and corporate accounts.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, forecasts and business plans with accuracy.
