American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Mexico City area to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will drive sales by providing friendly, knowledgeable service and keeping the store neat and presentable.

You will promote AE and aerie brands, support teammates, and ensure efficient checkout while upholding company standards. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on customer service and product knowledge across AE

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Stand for extended periods with regular breaks; able to flexibility shifts.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support colleagues and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest outfits and trends based on customer style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands across channels to grow awareness.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash-control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain neat, safe store floors, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment according to SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
