American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Mexico City. You will generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and ensuring the store is neat and well-presented at all times.

You will role-model AEO values and Customer First behaviors in every interaction to create a positive experience for customers. Responsibilities include driving brand loyalty, using tech tools to provide product knowledge, and supporting colleagues.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of all AEO loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Use company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and incorporating trends based on their style.
• Promote awareness of the AEO and aerie brands and introduce customers to additional channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash handling procedures.
