lululemon Athletica in Mexico City seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences, share top-quality product education, and authentically speak about our community and culture. You will move on the floor to engage guests, support store operations, and collaborate with leadership to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Educates guests on product education and benefits of products.
Works with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.

Responsabilidades

Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
Execute omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to resolve issues.
