DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Growth Senior Operations Analyst to own end-to-end analysis of driver quality, conversion and retention across SSL markets.

The role combines data analytics, dashboarding, forecasting, and reporting to drive actionable insights for growth. You will build and maintain tools, track KPIs by country and city, and partner with product, operations, incentives, and CX teams to design incentive and retention programs.

Formación

• The ability to turn ambiguous, messy problems into rigorous analysis and clear, actionable plans grounded in data.
• Hands-on experience building tools or dashboards (bonus if AI-assisted).
• Comfort coordinating across countries and functions and communicating findings clearly to senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end analysis of driver quality, conversion, and retention across SSL countries.
• Build and maintain dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting tools.
• Track and report core KPIs by country/city/product line.
• Partner with product, operations, incentives, and CX to design and test incentive programs.
• Coordinate data-quality processes across countries and drive fixes with local teams.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders with clear, decision-ready narratives.
• Drive AI adoption within the team and mentor junior teammates.
